1. Principal Librarian – CONPCASS 11: A Masters degree in Library Science with 3 years cognate experience
2. Senior Librarian – CONPCASS 09: A Masters degree in Library Science with 3 years cognate experience OR a Bachelors degree in Library Science with 6 years experience Or approval University degree with post Graduate qualification in Library Students plus 5 years experience.
3. Librarian I – CONPCASS 08: A Masters degree in Library Science OR a Bachelors degree in Library Science with 3 years cognate experience OR approved University degree plus Post Graduate Diploma in Library Studies plus 2 years of cognate work experience.
4. Librarian II – CONPCASS 07: A first degree in Library Science OR equivalent qualification with NYSC Certificate
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE – These are as obtainable in the Service of Federal Polytechnics in Nigeria. – Entry point into all posts depends on years of experience.
