While speaking on Channels Television Breakfast Show Sunrise Daily, he explained the issues that affected the elections such as funding, logistics amongst others. Osakue stated that the people of the state are caught between total surprise and anger and added that the feeling an average Edo man faces is difficult to put in words. He termed it as a "sheer bewilderment".
