Abubakar noted that sharing intelligence with the police has helped tremendously with the job of policing the country and such should be consolidated upon by Nigerians. He also gave assurances that the Nigerian Police Force will continue to evolve to serve Nigerians better. He also advised young people to stay away from crime and criminality. Abubakar, who was speaking at the end of Jumat prayers to mark the Nigerian Police Force Week, expressed delight that after 37years the police week is back on stream providing an avenue to foster integration and camaraderie amongst officers and men at every level of the police force.
