Title: Kogi State - Kogi to Monitor Projects in LGs
Post by: KogiReports on Apr 27, 2013, 09:31 PM
The Kogi State government has expressed its commitment to effectively monitor activities of local government councils.  The state's Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Barrister Ndamodu Ali, stated this in Lokoja yesterday while commissioning a newly purchased Toyota Hilux for the Monitoring and Inspectorate Department of his ministry.  He assured that with the provision of the vehicle, the department would be able to monitor and supervise all projects in the state.  The commissioner called on local government councils to always follow due process and ensure that projects meet expected standard.   Source (http://www.dailytrust.com.ng/index.php/news-news/53095-kogi-to-monitor-projects-in-lgs)
