The Development Agenda for Western Nigeria (DAWN) Commission is a development coordination and management institution, set up as a strategic and action-oriented response to the desire and determination of the South Western States of Nigeria to create regional competitive advantage. The DAWN Commission is focused on fostering inclusive and aggressive economic growth that leverages the socio-economic potential of the Southwest region comprising Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ekiti, and Ondo.
The DAWN Commission is the strategic driver that has been set up to orchestrate and foster regional cooperation and integration as a catalyst for achieving sustainable and accelerated development of Western Nigeria.
In order to successfully design, develop, deploy and execute the Development Agenda for Western Nigeria, the Commission is seeking to hire world class talent and professionals with the competence and capacity to make the goals and strategic objective of The DAWN to become a reality.
Responsibilities;
• Conduct research, analyse data and prepare reports for decision making
• Assist Senior executives in the execution of their functions
Requirements:
• First degree with a minimum of second class upper grade
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
