1. Director of Physical Planning: Salary CONTISS 15 (N2, 244,999.00 – N2, 886,591.00)
The candidate must possess:
• A good Bachelor's degree in Architecture, not below second class lower division, that is B, ARCH or M.Sc. Architecture;
• Evidence of registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the ability to perform within the University System;
• (At least 17 years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable organization.
2. Principal Planning Officer: Salary CONTISS 11 (N984,105.00 – N1,386,335.00)
The candidate must possess:
• A good Bachelor's degree in Town/Regional Planning, not below Second Class Lower Division that is B.Sc. (Town/Regional Planning or M.Sc. Town/Regional Planning plus GIS.
• Evidence of registration with the relevant professional bodies, such as ARCON, TOPRCEN, CORBON, QSRBN, etc. as well as the ability to perform within the University System;
• At least nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable organization.
Conditions of Service: Conditions of Service as generally applicable in the Nigerian University System and in the Public Service in Nigeria.
