Job Title: Field Assistant

Summary of Role: – The candidate will have the responsibility of building excellent rapport so as to maintain a good working relationship with client, visit residence of prospective loan clients to asses among other things their stability of residence and any information that will help in the decision to grant loan. – Make meaningful enquiries as required to ascertain guarantor's readiness to guarantee.
Requirement: – Candidates for this position must possess OND in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields with numeric background. – Pleasant outlook and personality.
