Job Objectives:
• Recruit, train and motivate a team of sales people across retail centres and business sales organisations
• Develop and manage a distribution network to acquire customers and ensure easy availability of airtime and other services across service regions in both physical and electronic channels
• Ensure and oversee appropriate sales systems and training to ensure sales organisations are working at high productivity and achieving organisational acquisition targets
Desired Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have;
• Experience providing leadership to sales organisations of at least 50 people
