It doesn't take much to make someone's day.
This driver certainly made ours when he came across a little boy on the side of a busy Russian street. He noticed that the boy was nervous about crossing the street, and instead of driving off he got out of his car to help (http://thechive.com/2013/04/29/a-good-man-helps-a-scared-kid-cross-a-street-video/).
In other awesome drive-by stories, a Texas cop stopped traffic (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/02/12/officer-kyle-jones_n_2670612.html) in February to help a lost dog and then got him safely home. Another officer won an award for offering a mother and her child a ride home (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/02/28/officer-charles-ziglar-rain_n_2782204.html) when he found them standing in the rain.
