Key Result Area / Competencies:
• Develop and sustain good formal/informal relationship with predetermined client personnel at all levels
• Minimum of ten years professional experience and not over 40 years old
• Partner indigenous contractors for key business wins I risk sharing
• Develop portfolio to create value for the company
• Develop relationships outside traditional ones
• Identify opportunities for alliances relationships
