Title: Dickson Signs MoU For 100MW Turbine Power Station

This follows the Bayelsa State governor's pledge to deliver on one of hıs electoral promıses; that is to bring uninterrupted power supply to the people of Bayelsa. While speaking at the ceremony, Governor Seriake Dickson described the partnershıp as a validation of the State Government's commitment to boosting electricity supply as it will ensure that Bayelsa becomes an investment haven. The Gas Turbine Power Station, which will be located at Imiringi in Ogbia Local Government Area of the state, has the capacity to achieve the feat when completed. In his remarks, the Vice President of the IPP Energy Limited, Mr. Augustine Akwesehor said they would commence work on the power project without delay to meet the needs of the people of the state in terms of electricity supply.
