Job Title: Project Manager (Expatriate)

Job Description:
• Project Management of High Rise building construction and infrastructure projects on behalf of the company.
• Liaising with building contractors and sub-contractors and suppliers, Architects and Engineer to ensure sound logistics and planning coordination for project completion.
• Project execution to time and cost and quality by applying the necessary Project Management tools with adaptability to local situations.
• Coordination of all Project Management team and equipment, materials and resources and on behalf of the company.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• First Degree in Building, Civil, Architecture with relevant Project Management qualification.
• 8-10 years experience at supervisory and management of all trades on the building site at a Grade 'A' Construction Company on large projects.
