After a painful period of decline, Cameroon have leaped back up the FIFA/Coca-Cola Ranking, and the Indomitable Lions have their eyes set on reaching the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™.

I do not think they would qualify for the world cup again because the group they're in is a very difficult one.
