DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organize, control and co-ordinate all on-brewery van sales activities, especially sales
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual sales analysis and feedbacks
• Monitor sales trends and evaluate the performance of each member of the Van Sales team against set goals
• Provide sales and administrative support involving handling of top and confidential agreements
• Coordinate sales activities for the VSMs
• Manage the VSMs towards higher productivity and performance
Requirements:
• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in a business related discipline
• 3-5 years hands on experience in a reputable organization, preferably in FMCG environment
• Must be between 25 and 35 years of age
• Possession of a valid driving license is compulsory
• Computer literacy is compulsory
