Our client: Adexen Recruitment Agency is looking for a Relocation Manager for a multinational leading provider of Marine and Logistics services that offers companies mobility assistance for all their employees / executives in international removals, relocation and short and long term storage.
Job description:
• The Relocation Manager will be responsible for managing all existing customers/clients requests and securing new business deals through developing new business relationships and plans.
• The candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and be based in Lagos – Nigeria
Responsibilities:
• Managing all new and existing clients
• Ensures suppliers/partners are meeting their commitments
• Assist our clients with all necessary steps for working abroad, compliance with the local legislation of the customer
• Develop and implement strategies for sales activity plans
• Create local marketing plan respecting graphic chart
• Agree with Management the strategy to achieve sales targets and follow the set strategy punctually
• To asses, identify and select the appropriate supplier base that would meet the needs
• Agree and sign partnership agreements
• Ensure that all Suppliers invoices are processed, reconciled and handed in for payment
• To lead the rationalisation of suppliers and services that meet the company's business requirements
• Ensure adequate price conditions
• Work closely with the sales & project team to drive key initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
• University degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years in service industry
• Must have experience dealing with suppliers
• Ability to make fast and proper decisions
• Strongnegotiation skills is essential
• Must be creative, Innovative, honest and hardworking
• Must be team Oriented and outgoing
• Experience in an international environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills
• Candidates must have additional Language i.e. French or Spanish
