Selection criteria: The ICAA ASF Chartered Accountants Program Scholarship may only be awarded to applicants who are Australian citizens and who satisfy all the program entry criteria, in that they:
- Hold an Institute accredited accounting degree; have at least 6 months full-time (or part-time equivalent) accounting work experience;
- Are currently employed at least 17.5 hours per week in an accounting role, with a registered charitable organisation in Australia and are being mentored by a Chartered Accountant. The Scholarship is awarded jointly by ASF and ICAA to applicants whose completion of the program would, in ASF's view, benefit their employing NFP organisation.
- Selection is based on the applicant meeting ICAA entry requirements for the nominated program and written endorsement from the respective charitable organisation.
