He said urgent intervention and measures are required in spite of the fact that the road is a federal road. The road is on the brink of breaking into two. The governor, who arrived the area in the company of the contractor handling federal road project in the state and commissioners for Works and Finance, expressed fear at what would be the plight of the communities in the area, if the road failed. However, if federal government intervention is delayed, knowing the critical nature of the situation, the governor said the state will not hesitate to intervene.
