Nigeria head coach, Stephen Keshi, has revealed that he will consider calling up the duo of Joseph Akpala or Michael Eneramo for the June schedule.

One of both strikers are in line to replace injured Spartak Moscow forward, Emmanuel Emenike, now ruled out for up to between four and six weeks after undergoing surgery last week.

"Joseph Akpala and Michael Eneramo are the two I've considered as replacement for Emmanuel Emenike," Keshi said.

"Definitely one of them will get the chance but the decision is not yet agreed upon."

Keshi, 51, is also not ruling out Everton man, Victor Anichebe, after the striker stated recently he would want to be excused from international football for the time.

"I'll love to have Victor in the squad but unfortunately I've learned he has said he wants to be excused. He's a player currently in good shape. Who knows he might have a change of mind and we will consider him for a call in future games," said the Nigeria manager.
