Reservation & Ticketing Agent
Key Responsibilities:
•Ticketing manual / automated
•Handling of reservations with the corresponding reservation system (CRS)
•Inquiry of private clients
•Tele sales; product and destination advice
•Coordination with lead of reservation / sales division concerning special agreements
Key Skills and Knowledge:
•1-2 years experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent
•Good knowledge of Airline – CRS (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus)
•Knowledge of the MS Office Products
•Very service – oriented
•Good English
