Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Education or any other Discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in an Education (PGDE).
• A Master's Degree will be preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years post qualification work experience with at least 5 years in an administrative capacity,
• Candidate must be mature, energetic, enthusiastic and goal
• driven. He/She must be able to confidently motivate, mobilize and coach employees to meet high performance standards in order to achieve the goals of the institution.
