Twenty-one specially selected companies will be meeting with Lagos Business School MBA students at the ninth MBA Career Fair on Thursday, March 29. The event which will take place at LBS will feature companies from different sectors of the economy including technology, FMCG, consulting, banking, agriculture, supply chain, and automobiles.
The list of participating companies includes: Airtel Networks Limited and EMTS Etisalat for technology; General Electric, AOS Orwell Limited and Oando Plc for oil and gas; Chellarams Plc, Dangote Industries Limited, GlaxoSmithKline, Grand Oak Limited, Honeywell Flour Mills Plc, Procter & Gamble, Promasidor Nigeria, Reckitt Benckiser, Seven-Up Bottling Company Plc and Unilever Nigeria Plc for FMCG and manufacturing; McKinsey & Company and Restral Limited for consulting.
Also participating are: Tata Africa Services (Nigeria) Limited for automobiles; First Bank of Nigeria Plc for banking; Olam Nigeria Limited for agriculture and supply chain; and The Tony Elumelu Foundation.
The MBA Career Fair is an annual event that provides a platform for employers looking for the best MBA talent, to meet MBA students of Lagos Business School, discuss career choices, and interview for job openings.
Over 70 different organisations have participated in the career fairs over the years with a good number attending more than once, and students recruited in previous years forming part of the recruitment team for their organisations at subsequent fairs.
