1) Admin Supervisor (Contract)· Provide support for senior management and staff in the Lagos office.· Manage records, information and mails and route documents to appropriate offices.· Establish and maintain organized paper and filing systems according to office procedures to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information.· Maintain and manage senior management's calendar based on knowledge of goals and priorities, schedule appointments,arrange meetings.· Coordinate and assist with planning of office activities, teleconferences, and meetings as requested.· Develop and recommend administrative processes and procedures to assure efficiency.· Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues.· Supervise procurement of store supplies and distribute accordingly.· Manage the administrative functions such as invoice processing, expense reports and departmental expenses.· Communicates administrative information in writing· Manage and resolve routine and complex enquires· Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained · Manage and supervise interior fit-outs, and office design.· Supervise facility usage, operations, equipment maintenance,· Prepare & maintain annual budget for building use and facility maintenance· Monitor and supervise travel logistics for senior management team and expatriates· Monitor and coordinate provision for accommodation for senior management staff and expatriates.· Supervise and Coordinate the fleet systems to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgetsRequired Education and Experience Minimum 3 - 4 years work experience in similar role.Minimum BSC (Minimum second Class lower), HND (Minimum Lower Credit) from a reputable university, either in Business Administration, or other related course.

2) Human Resources Cordinator (Contract)This role will be tactically responsible for supporting the Head of Human Resources Group within every area of human resources, including recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations for a period of 4 months.
Responsible for drafting job descriptions, outlining in detail all skills and qualities required and desired in a successful job applicant
Screens all resumes submitted to the open job order, seeking only the most qualified applicantConducts drug and background screenings and reference checks for all prospective hires, accurately documenting these activities Records and maintains all human resource files and documents, assuring that the company is in compliance will local employment and labor laws.Has a working knowledge of HR information systems to be able to run and maintain a payroll systemServes as the point person for employees' issues and inquiries, including but not limited to benefits and company policies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology, at least 4 years working experience in Human Resources.Must have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Knowledge of Nigerian employment and labor laws is a plus. There is some traveling involved.Date Posted: 2013-05-06
