At the touch of an icon, Infiniti owners are connected to a roadside assistance agent who dispatches assistance to the vehicle's location. The service is available 24 hours a day and includes an emergency button for urgent situations. Other auto-related companies have similar apps. They include BMW, Mazda, Mini, AAA and Allstate Insurance.
