Authorities said four homes were damaged with one knocked off its foundation. Two homes had to be demolished due to the damage that knocked out power for thousands. The 51-year old suspect was arrested for malicious mischief in Port Angeles, 65 miles (104.6 km) west of Seattle. Authorities told local media that they have been informed the suspect had a long-running dispute with his neighbours but were not clear with what the dispute was over. No injuries were reported.
