Tuface Idibia has hit the road for his much anticipated Campus Connect tour tagged: 2face & Friends Tour 2013, which is being staged for campus communities in five tertiary institutions across the country. Fresh off his honeymoon, 2face expressed his excitement about the upcoming tour: "I'm looking forward to my return to the campus circuit. It's been a long time.

For mainly timing and availability issues I have been unable to play some of these venues in eight years or more so for me, this is a big deal. It's going to be an emotional return to these campuses," 2face said. Sponsored by Amstel Malta, the tour kicked-off on May 2 at the University of Lagos (Unilag) from where it moved to the University of Benin (Uniben), Benin City, Edo State on May 9.

The tour is expected to berth in Garden City, Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital as the train storms the University of Port Harcourt on May 14. It will move to the Institute of Management & Technology, IMT Enugu, on May 16 and finally berth at University of Abuja on May 23. Expected to thrill are Dammy Krane, Rocksteady, Vector and Sound Sultan. Other acts are Sasha P, Seyi Shey, Timi Dakolo, Phyno, Crystals, Harrisong, Capital F.E.M.I Solid Star and Jus' Kiddin's EFA. Commenting, NM En.Core's Helen Emoh Abutu, Project Manager for Campus Connect Tour assured fans of a wonderful time: "We are going on this tour with the support of Amstel Malta and some of the best media, technical, security and logistics support outfits in the game.

The concerts and the exclusive after parties are bound to remain the talk of the town for long time." The gigs will be hosted by Andre Blaze. 2face's latest album, Away and Beyond is available in CD stores nationwide and also on iTunes online music store.
