(http://www.channelstv.com/home/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Justice-and-Mrs-Rhodes-Vivour-360x225-300x187.jpg) (http://www.channelstv.com/home/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Justice-and-Mrs-Rhodes-Vivour-360x225.jpg)The gunmen reportedly hijacked the vehicle conveying members of Justice Rhodes-Vivour's family and their driver at gunpoint along the Ore-Benin Expressway on Friday night on their way to Benin, the capital of Edo state. The kidnap occurred between Ekiadolor and Okada along the Benin-Ore expressway. The media aide to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mr. Isah Ahuraka, confirmed the incident to a national newspaper saying, "Justice Rhodes-Vivour's wife, daughter and driver were kidnapped in Benin." The victims were reportedly travelling to Edo State, ahead of the Justice's daughter's wedding ceremony. Mr Ahuraka also confirmed that the kidnapped daughter's "marriage is coming up next weekend."
