Knowledge and Experience:
• overall experience of min. 12-15 years,out of which at least 5-7 years should be in supervisory capacity.
• Relevant Experience in handling Consumer Electronics goods will be an advantage.
• Relevant Nigerian Experience will be a strong advantage though any overseas experience will also be an advantage,
• Candidates with diverse geographical experience will have an added advantage
• Industry professionals with accounting background will also be a strong advantage

Job Description
Principal Responsibility:
Financial: To keep WH and logistics cost within specified parameters
Customer;
• To achieve deliverables on TAT in logistics for internal and external customers to maximize customer satisfaction
• Responsible for setting up system to eliminate damages,shortages by adhering to system
• To develop systems to tracking variances and elimination of the same
• To develop a network of Transportation system thru internal fleet usage and outsourced transporters for speedy deliveries across Nigeria
• To manage WH and inventories efficiently to minimize stock damages/shortages & Optimal space utilization thru adherence to norms
Internal Process;
• Efficient WH and Speed delivery thru adherence to Various process and guidelines
• Hygiene Standards enforcement wrt deliveries, stacking, various Cost as per Management guidelines
Learning and Growth;
• Awareness and endeavour to achieve consistent improvement on deliveries and costs
• Incorporating the best Industry practices
• Adaptability to local terrain and culture to maximize productivity
