A Police Officer named "Enugu Baba" who is believed to be the link between the Police Force and the Ombatse cultists has been arrested in Lafia recently. Enugu Baba, an Eggon extraction is the driver of one of the vehicles used for the Police dis-lodgement operation. The officer's vehicle was the only one that returned safe from the operation, despite the fact that all the officers who were in the vehicle were killed. The suspect was taken to his residence for inspection after the arrest and it was reported that all the guns of the Police Force which were seized by the Ombatse Cultist Group were found in his possession with a lot of other ammunition. At the time of this report, the suspect was in Police custody at the Police headquarters in Lafia for further interrogation and investigation.

The arrest makes a lot of sense. It was bound to happen and it's good it has happened now. Good one I must say.
