Title: Lagos Business School - Ghemawat, Sanusi and Wittig for LBS Alumni Day

(http://www.theinfostride.com/'http://www.lbs.edu.ng/images/upload/show_image.php?filenamePankaj_Ghemawat1_79e2_0720.jpg&width150&height150')World-renowned Professor of Global Strategy of IESE Business School, Professor Pankaj Ghemawat, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, and Global Chief Executive Officer of Roland Berger Strategy Consultant, Dr Martin Wittig will be speaking at the Lagos Business School Alumni Day taking place on November 25 at the Honeywell Group Auditorium of the School.

The annual event organised by members of the alumni association brings together alumni of LBS for a day of discussions on global trends to keep them up-to-date and relevant in their organisations. The theme of this year's event 'Strategy in and from Africa in a Globalising World', focuses on making Nigerian business managers more competitive in an increasingly globalised world economy.

The event will open with an economic session to review Nigeria's economy in 2010 and projections for 2011, to be led by Mallam Sanusi and Minister of Finance Mr Olusegun Aganga.  Moderating the session will be LBS's leading economist and member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Dr Doyin Salami.

Prof Ghemawat, a global strategist, who is well known for his ability to combine world-class academic scholarship with a deep knowledge of business practice, will be leading the session on "Finding the Winning Business Strategy in Today's Markets".  While Dr Wittig will be speaking to alumni about implementing strategy successfully, with some perspectives from Roland Berger.

About 500 alumni and guests are expected to attend this event.
