OUR COMPANY: Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Sales Executives for our client who is a reputable multinational FMCG company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales & marketing of FMCG / Dairy / Milk products in their region – capable of handling team of 7-10 merchandisers / canvassers
• Grow the Dealers/Distributors base of the business.
• Day to day pre sell to key/prestige outlets, sales deports (SSD), high volume outlets (HVO) and other retail outlets.
• Monitoring customers' stock level and generating orders.
• Educating customers on and implementing product availability, space, merchandizing, pricing, quality and product handling etc.
• Identifying and develop potential outlets and growing the existing accounts.
• Identify & develop NEW Distributors, wholesale/retail channels.
• Daily route orders generating & selling from the Distributors
• Demand for sales slots/allocation from high volume outlets (HVO) like institutional outlets.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• 1-3 yrs. in sales & marketing of FMCG / Dairy / Milk products in their region
• OND/HND from a reputable Institution.
• Customer oriented and user focus
• Must have excellent analytical skills
• Computer literate including manipulation of excel sheets, Power Point
• Implementation and execution skills
• Attention to details
