Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has criticized the inclusion of the state in the United States of America's State Department's keep-off zones for its citizens.

USA shouldn't say such things cos it might even scare people away from coming anywhere near Nigeria. It is not a good one at all.
