JOB TITLE: PERSONNEL OFFICER (LABOUR RELATIONS)
ROLE
Ensuring that matters relating to the welfare and safety conditions of staff are put, and kept in place
REPORTING TO: Human Resource Manager
REQUIREMENTS
• B.A. (Hons) in the Humanities/Labour Relations with 5 years experience in a related working environment
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work on computer/systems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be a member of CIPM
• Must be between 28 – 32 years of age
