Job Purpose: To develop, manage and sustain multiple profitable added-value brands and/or products across categories by understanding, anticipating, creating and meeting consumer needs.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and information gathering
• Acquire, analyze and interpret knowledge about socio economic environment, industry, market, shopper, consumer and media trends to develop and assess new ideas to drive the innovation process.
• Identify category drivers, agree segment the brand will be positioned and develop Brand Blue Print.
• Be responsible for product and packaging development
• Conduct product segmentation analysis, gather information from local and international competitors and monitor market trends, ideas to develop new and superior products and packaging
• Generate creative and innovative ideas and design winning innovative concepts and products. Coordinate planning, implementation and evaluation of commercialization
• Maintain Brand/Consumer Relationship

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduate from a Reputable institution.
• Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years Brand Management experience within an FMCG environment
• Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office competence
