Brief biography
Chielo Celestine Ifeanyi is a Senior Programmer in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit, Office of the Vice Chancellor, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He had his primary and secondary education in his home town, Aguobu Umumba in Ezeagu Local Government Area, Enugu State. He holds Diploma, Bachelor of Science and Masters degree certificates in Computer Education all from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
His research interest is in Database applications and has designed a number of applications in this area. He has supervised a lot of projects for the University. Presently he is in the Software/Web development team of the ICT department and at the same time the leader of that team. He is also a member of the Webometrics team of the same ICT department of the University. Chielo Ifeanyi is a Sysaid administrator and the software expert that is responsible for the customization and updating of SysAid application in the university. Meanwhile, SysAid is a customer service software that the university uses to automate helpdesk activities and for all forms of asset management and system monitoring.
