• Monitor & track performance across the Group.
• Track & follow up on staff reports to determine if reports are line with individual KPI.
• Prepare monthly performance report for all staff across the Group.
Requirement:
• A good University degree in the Social Science.
• Previous experience in performance Management Systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
