It was reported recently that there has been tension in Anambra State over the attendance of a prominent Anambra personality, Dr. Ifeanyi Uba's sister's wedding at the Catholic Church of the Assumption, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos, on Saturday, April 20.Traditional rulers, Federal and State legislators and Presidents-General of various communities in Anambra State which the State governor is not happy about.

If it is indeed true the governor is unhappy, perhaps nobody should blame him because since he was not in attendance at the wedding, it means somebody, must have told him a lie.

A situation where prominent traditional rulers, community presidents-general, legislators, women leaders, youths and students, market executives of various known commercial towns in Anambra State and members of several professional bodies as well as almost every gubernatorial aspirant in Anambra State, name them, left the State and headed for a far away place like Lagos to attend a mere wedding.
