Obende who spoke in an interview with the Senate Press Corps yesterday expressed dissatisfaction with the budget saying it is sky rocketed.
According to him, "how can a building that is almost completed gulp the actual cost of building it," as he noted that the Senate was yet to take decision on the cost of the official lodge of the Vice President.
Peoples Daily had reported that in addition to the N7.1 billion approved by the Federal Executive Council in 2009 for design and construction of the Vice President's new official residence, additional N9 billion is being demanded by the authorities of the FCTA to complete the project.
