Job Title: Secretary

Location: Osogbo, Nigeria

Employer: Osun State (State of Osun Debt Management Office Board)

In line with the provision of the State of Osun Debt Management Office Law 2012, applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and interested candidates (who must be indigenes of the State of Osun).

Job description: He or she shall coordinate secretarial activities of the Board such as conveyance of Board meetings, circulation of Notices of Board meetings, preparation of Meeting agenda and minutes, reviewing and keeping of copies of formal contractual agreements, etc.

Qualification and Experience:

The ideal candidate for this position is expected to be either:

•   A legal practitioner or chartered secretary of at least ten (10) years post call experience in corporate and Finance law or

•   A Banking professional with at least ten (10) years post qualification experience in corporate and project finance, with relevant professional membership such as ICAN, ANAN, CIBN etc.

Tenure of Office: For the Secretary to the Board he/she shall hold office for a period of three (3) years in the first instance, and may also be re-appointed for a further term of three (3) years only, subject to satisfactory performance.
