PURPOSE AND DURATION OF THE SERVICE
1.1 CONTRACTOR undertakes to carry out the SERVICE as herein after described:
a) Description of the SERVICE:
The SERVICE consists of the shipping follow-up and administration of the EPC contract for the wellhead platforms, the living quarter, the existing platform and the sea lines in support to COMPANY.
b) Specific Activities:
• Preparing the custom duty exemption file,
• Assisting in Shipping and Transit operations for the Drilling and Completion Department,
• Assisting and advising COMPANY in all Customs and Transit matters in particular in the implementation of the CET Duty exemption and possible bottlenecks in Customs clearance,
• Providing all packages along with comprehensive and continuous import assistance,
• Preparing the contract for spare part,
• Preparing the custom duty exemption request file,
• Preparing the transit procedure,
• Preparing the shipping instructions,
• Preparing the contract for storage & transportation of 2 years spare parts.
1.2 The SERVICES will take place in the following location: – Port Harcourt area, Nigeria at ONNE offices or designated by COMPANY.
