Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, has hinged the ongoing infrastructural development in the state on the prudence and vision of his administration.
He spoke in Ejigbo, Osun State, on Saturday, during the monthly keep fit exercise tagged 'Walk to Live'.
The ongoing projects in the state, he said, would not have been possible but for the administration's prudence, vision and passion.
He explained that the meagre resources accruable to the state from federation account could not accomplish the enormity of projects executed by his administration.
Aregbesola, who said his administration had been led by God, noted that "what we have achieved today is beyond human comprehension because God is in control. We are only representing Him in government."
He maintained that the Federal Government had nothing to show for the 51 per cent of federal allocation, saying his administration's prudence in managing the 26 per cent allocation accruable to states had resulted in development for Osun.
He said, "Within three years, there is apparent difference between yesterday and today. The difference between us and those people is that before we came to power, we sought divine guidance.
"We prayed to God for guidance and God answered our prayers. Not only that, He promised to lead us as we go."
He commended the people of Ejigbo for their belief in him during the struggle for the return of his mandate and the continued support for his government.
The governor added, "Ejigbo has always stood by us; we have never been disappointed by you. Ejigbo supported and stood by us through thick and thin."
