PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Develop demand gen campaigns – and run them throughout region MEE (Middle & Eastern Europe). This includes:
• Developing a coordinated Quarterly Demand Management plan – and executing, tracking and optimizing this plan on a continuous basis, with Pipeline Volume and Value Commitments, and with closed loop reporting (Lead Management and Tracking)
• Building and executing demand gen campaigns and tactics, such as BLITZ days, target campaigns and drive innovation making sure SAMs/ISEs get the right support to meet pipeline gaps. (Enabling SAMs and ISEs with Demand Generation Assets, so they can also effectively perform their own Demand Generation activities.)
• Orchestrating respective campaign managers in the 5 market units of region MEE (Austria, CEE, CIS, Germany, Switzerland)
• Managing dedicated Inside Sales resources and external agencies (e.g. call centers)
• The role would also incorporate some customer facing lead generation/qualification activities.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
• Incubation
• Based on portfolio-expertise, prioritize and define incubation programs for Services Sales across region MEE.
• Do this in close collaboration with our "Sales Force Performance Management & Training" function – bringing content and subject matter experts to the table
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience in B2B marketing or sales
• Experience in high tech industry, especially in IT consulting
• Fluency English required (German is of benefit, too)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Working in a multi-national environment
• In-depth SAP experience required
• Project leadership skills
