The Super Eagles are expected to fly out to Houston,Texas this morning for their international friendly game against their Mexican counterpart.

The delegation will depart their Novina Hotel Herzogenaurach base for Frankfurt Am-Main International Airport, at 5.30am on Tuesday, and will fly out of Frankfurt at 10am (9am Nigeria time.

It was scooped that Israel-based goalkeeper,Austin Ejide almost did not make the team after officials discovered that he had only one entry visa to Germany which means that he would not have been able toi return with the team to Germany after Friday's friendly at the Reliant stadium in Houston.

'Ejide had only one entry visa to Germany and would not have been able to return with the team to Germany after the game;,revealed a top official of the Nigeria Football Federation at the team's Novina Hotel nest in Nuremberg,Germany.

'We were however rescued by Roy Emeka Ezeala,the technical assistant to former Eagles manager,Berti Vogts who used his connection in Germany to secure Ejide a multiple entry visa'',further revealed the source.

The NFF official also revealed that Celtic of Scotland defender is one of the players scheduled to leave with the team this morning while he also re- confirmed Complete Sports exclusive of yesterday that SS Lazio of Italy star,Ogenyi Onazi is in Lagos to renew his residence permit and has been tentaively booked on the flight leaving Lagos for the USA on Wednesday.

'It depends on how fast he is with his permit renewal.If he is able to get the renewal done today,then he will join us in the USA on Thursday'',said the NFF official who asked not to be named.

Meanwhile Eagles Head Coach Stephen Keshi has revealed the team is in high spirit for the marathon games between May 31 and early July starting with the friendly game against Mexico on Friday night.

"There is very good team spirit in camp and I am quite happy about that. Everyone is in great shape and rearing to go.

There has been huge dedication and commitment here and I'm sure that those we will pick for the match against Mexico will do Nigeria proud."

Apart from those ready for the game against the Mexicans at the Reliant Stadium, Houston, Texas on Friday, Keshi expects to have midfielders John Mikel Obi and Fegor Ogude and forward Ahmed Musa for the two FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Kenya and Namibia, and the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup tournament in Brazil.

The trio will be waiting to join the delegation in Frankfurt, Germany after the high-profile friendly in America.
