The remains of late media guru, Chief Pini Jason Onyegbadue, who died on Saturday May 4, 2013, will be laid to rest in his home town, Obizi, Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Council Area of Imo State, on Saturday June 1, 2013.

Speaking with his son, Amamdi Onyegbadue on phone, yesterday, the young Onyegbadue confirmed that there will be a commendation service at St. Andrews Anglican church, Obizi by 11:00am, thereafter, the body will be laid to rest at the family compound in Umuosisi Obizi.

Burial rites for the late columnist had started on Tuesday May 21, at All Saints Anglican Church, Montgomery Road Yaba, Lagos and a Day of Tributes in his honour on Monday, May 27, at Continental Hall, Reiz Continental Hotel, Central Business District, Abuja.
