Description:
• Our client, a European IOC with assets in Africa is seeking experienced Drilling Superintendents to represent the Company in all drilling related activities required to drill, evaluate and complete wells.
• Supervise all well operations, ensuring they are safe and efficient.
• Monitor implementation of drilling program and ensure compliance with well plans and achievement of agreed KPI's.
Qualifications/Experience:
• BS degree in Engineering (minimum)
• Holds valid IWCF Certificate
• An experienced professional with at least 15 years' experience in drilling operations including at least 3 years as well operations superintendent on swamp rigs
• Proven leadership and people management ability with a keen awareness of cultural sensitivities
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to managing HSE
• Must have Nigeria or West Africa experience
