Job Description: The main focus will be to advise on cash and working capital management techniques, providing accounting advice, treasury audits and advising on financing arrangements. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial management system. In addition, he/she must ensure effective delivery of financial and management reports and ensure that an effective financial control framework is in place and functional.
Job Requirement
• A good University degree or its equivalent plus a recognized professional accounting qualification (i.e. ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience out of which 4 years should have been in a similar position. A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the financial Management and Cost Accounting
• Computer literate, highly proficient in the use of excel and possess ability to use several accounting packages
• Good organizational, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills.
