Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is prepared to sell Gareth Bale to Real Madrid this summer - for €90 MILLION.
.
As says Bale is going on his summer break as a Spurs player and won't discuss Real's offer with chairman Daniel Levy until he returns from his holidays.
.
In January, Levy was willing to sell for €50 million, but with Bale finishing the season with various Player of the Year gongs, he is now hiking up the price.
.
Bale is open to moving to Madrid, but knows negotiations between all parties will be long and difficult and is happy to duck the back-and-forth for as long as he can.
.
Levy knows all about Real president Florentino Perez's admission this week that he was prepared to pay €150 million to sign Neymar before he committed himself to Barcelona. On Perez's scale, Levy believes, Spurs' valuation for Bale is not fanciful.
I think that amount is too much for the player so maybe Real Madrid should back out asap. He is just an okay player in my opinion...
Gareth Bale is a wonderful player so it is expected that teams would rush after him. I believe Real Madrid can afford this.
But still the amount is just too much. I do not think Tottenham wishes to sell him to Real Madrid.
