Departing Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has thanked the club's fans for their support during his three years in charge of the Spanish giants.

Mourinho, who will leave Real at the end of the season, will oversee his final match later on Saturday when Madrid host Osasuna at the Santiago Bernabeu.
