Job Description:
• My client is a multi national company with projects across Africa, the Middle East and Europe. They have an immediate need for a Senior MEP manager to run a large hotel refurbishment project in Abuja. This refurbishment will include HVAC, mechanical services, electrical services, security etc on a live hotel.
• The correct candidate will have extensive experience across all MEP sectors and will have worked on hotel projects previously. You must be a strong communicator and will have managed multi national teams previously. Your knowledge must not be limited to just HVAC or electrical services but must cover the full spectrum of services in a Hotel. This project has a value of circa $200m USD and will last for circa 2.5 years.

Requirements:
• Relevant Qualifications – essential
• Previous hotel Experience preferable
• Willing to be based in West Africa
• Strong Communicator
• Good knowledge of all MEP sectors
Salary and Package: This will depend on the individual but the client will provide all accommodation, vehicle, medical, return flights etc.
