Rivers State governor and re-elected Chairman of Nigeria Governors' Forum, NGF, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, has said that his administration was set to build a special school for the physically challenged in the state.

The Amaechi administration, according to the state Commissioner for Education, Dame Alice Nemi, would build the special school for the physically challenged to give them hope and provide special opportunity for them to learn.

Governor Amaechi gave directive for the speedy execution of the special school project at a youth interactive forum held in the state.

On his part, Mr. Poroma said the physically challenged in the state was have a new beginning with the school.
