Job Description:
• Drive Health and Safety in the Plant
• Production scheduling for equipment and manpower including delivery of concrete to construction sites to meet daily requirements
• Identify raw material requirements
• Ensure plant is fit to produce quality products and liaise with maintenance department for both maintenance and repairs
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of mobile equipment and plant
• Monitoring the production of ready mix concrete
Qualification & Experience:
• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering; or Chemistry
• 4 – 5 years experience in ready mix concrete production and concrete plant operation
